The winner of Carbondale's 'Marry The Mayor' essay contest has been announced.
The lucky winner of the essay is Barbara Ebert of Nashville, TN. She was unanimously chosen by the Marry The Mayor Committee. Her essay consisted of a video and it was the only video submitted.
